Postcode Lottery

Postcode Lottery is more than just a lottery. It’s one of the world’s largest charity fundraisers, with over €1 billion in donations from ticket revenues in 2025 alone. At the same time, the organization is rapidly expanding across countries and brands, with a strong focus on digitizing the player experience.

I lead the design of the mobile apps — from early discovery through workshops and prototypes to launch and beyond. We continuously validate the product with real players, made a deliberate choice to launch early, and iterate towards product-market fit. At the same time, I set the direction for a scalable app platform, with configurable features, reusable components, and CMS-driven content — enabling multiple brands and markets to efficiently operate on a shared foundation.

The result: two successful launches, over 1 million downloads, and a growing, loyal user base.
